Refund & Returns Policy – Buds on B Floral Studio

We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and quality plants with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will always do our best to make it right within fair and reasonable guidelines.


Cancelling or Changing a Flower Delivery

  • Before Delivery: If your flowers have not yet left our studio, we’re happy to offer a full refund, or we can place your order on hold for a future date.
  • After Delivery: If your flowers have already been delivered and you’re unhappy with the product or there has been an issue with delivery, please get in touch. We can offer a full refund, if the flowers have been returned to us or a partial refund if they have not.
    Please note: Delivery fees and greeting cards are non-refundable.


Fresh Flower Refunds

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your flowers.
  • Returns: To receive a full refund, all flowers must be returned to our studio. If you choose not to return the flowers, we can offer a partial refund based on the product’s mark-up value.


Flowers Not as Expected

If your arrangement looks significantly different from what you ordered:

  • We offer an on-the-spot replacement for pick-up orders.
  • For delivery orders, you’re welcome to visit our studio or call us, and we can create something together.
  • If you're still unhappy, we offer a partial or full refund, depending on whether all flowers are returned and the specific circumstances.


Flowers That Have Died or Appear Diseased

Sometimes, flowers can look healthy on arrival but develop issues a few days later. We understand this and offer flexibility:

  • Please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your flowers.
  • We can provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund depending on the condition.
  • Claims made outside this window won’t be eligible for refund or replacement, as the flowers are no longer in our care.


Potted Plants Refunds

  • You have up to 3 days to return your potted plant if you’re unhappy with it.
  • If the plant shows signs of disease or is dying within that period, we’re happy to offer a full refund or a replacement.
  • After 3 days, plant care becomes your responsibility and refunds or replacements will no longer be available.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us or call the studio with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
