Delivery Policy

Buds on B Floral Studio – Woombye, Sunshine Coast

At Buds on B, we take great pride in ensuring your flowers arrive safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver our flowers.

Delivery Days & Times

  • Monday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • No weekend deliveries, except on special occasion days (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).

Funeral Tributes: We guarantee delivery before the service. Please provide the funeral time in the notes box at checkout, as we understand service times are beyond our control.

Delivery Notifications

You’ll receive two updates via email or text (depending on the contact information you provide at checkout):

  1. When your flowers leave our shop
  2. When they have been successfully delivered

Delivery Changes & Order Updates

Need to make a change? No worries!

You can update:

  • Delivery date
  • Card message
  • Recipient name
  • Delivery address

Please contact us via phone or email before 12:00 PM on the delivery day to make changes.

Re-Delivery Fees

A re-delivery fee may apply if:

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect
  • We are unable to access the property or leave the flowers safely
  • The recipient cannot be contacted and the flowers are returned to the studio

How We Deliver

All deliveries are made in-house, allowing us to provide a personal and careful service from start to finish.

Here's how it works:

  • Courier App Routing: We use a route-optimising courier app to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Notifications Sent: You’ll be notified when your order is on its way and again once it arrives.
  • Dedicated Delivery Van: All flowers are delivered via our own van for secure transport.
  • Exclusive In-House Driver: Our personal courier driver works solely for Buds, ensuring flowers are delivered with care. A photo of where the flowers are left will be sent to the recipient.
  • Extra Care for Every Delivery: Our driver will attempt to call or text if they cannot reach the recipient or access the property.

If the Recipient Isn’t Home

If no one is home:

  • We will look for a safe and shaded spot to leave the flowers, all our flowers are delivered with a water source.
  • The recipient will receive a text message with a photo showing exactly where the flowers were left.

This helps ensure the flowers are found quickly and stay in good condition.

Special Delivery Instructions

Clear instructions help us deliver efficiently! Please include the following where applicable:

  • Access codes or gate instructions for residential addresses
  • Whether the flowers should go to reception or a specific office area for business deliveries
  • Any other details that might help our driver find the location easily
