Buds on B Floral Studio – Woombye, Sunshine Coast
Welcome to Buds on B. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect between us and our valued customers.
About Us
We are Buds on B, an independently owned and operated floral studio nestled in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. We proudly support local and Australian growers and wholesalers, allowing us to prioritise quality over quantity and champion seasonal, sustainable blooms.
Each of our arrangements is crafted with care and intention, showcasing the beauty of our region’s floral offerings through our daily bunches and event flowers delivered across the Sunshine Coast.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Days: Monday to Friday, between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- No Weekend Deliveries: We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Funeral Flowers: For tribute flowers and service flowers, we guarantee delivery before the scheduled service time. Please include the service time in the order notes at checkout.
All deliveries include live tracking, and you’ll receive a confirmation via text or email once your order has left the studio and again once it has been delivered.

Substitutions & Sizing
The product images shown on our website or social media are a style guide only. We work with the best flowers available each day, and due to seasonal availability, the exact flowers, colours, or shades may vary.
- We’ll always maintain the style, tone, and value of your chosen design.
- Substitutions are made with care and discretion, ensuring the overall look remains consistent.
Flower Variations & Expectations
No two arrangements are the same and that’s the beauty of it.
Due to the nature of fresh flowers and seasonal shifts, your arrangement may not look exactly like the one pictured, but it will always be:
- Crafted in the same spirit and style
- Made using fresh, premium blooms
- Arranged with care and creativity by our team
We promise your flowers will be beautiful and thoughtfully made.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on:
- Cancelling orders
- What happens if you're unhappy with your flowers
- How refunds and returns are handled for fresh flowers and potted plants
We aim to be fair, transparent, and helpful where possible.
Customer Responsibility
When placing an order, it is your responsibility to:
- Provide accurate delivery details
- Ensure someone is available to receive the flowers or that a safe drop-off location is available
- Communicate clearly if the flowers are for a time-sensitive occasion (e.g. funerals or finish work times)
By Ordering with Us
You acknowledge that:
- Flowers are a natural product and may vary in size, shape, and colour
- We reserve the right to make substitutions based on availability
- We will always strive to deliver on time, but external delays (e.g. traffic, weather, access issues) may occasionally affect timing
